Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup oats, rolled, old fashioned, dry
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds, dried
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. english walnuts, dried, chopped

DIRECTIONS

In a jar add the oats and chia seeds pour the soy milk on top.

Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and syrup.

Mashed the blueberries if desire and place them on top.

Close the jar and let it rest in the fridge overnight. in the morning mix well and top with nuts.
