AdventHealth Will Help You Thrive

It’s your time to thrive in body, mind and spirit. The AdventHealth Diabetes Institute has joined forces with the City of Orlando to offer Thrive, an ongoing, voluntary, no-cost diabetes care program. Providing comprehensive support for the whole you, this program will give you the tools to take charge of your health and reach your goals.

The Thrive – Diabetes Care Program is available to any City of Orlando employee, spouse or dependent diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, is age 18 or older and is enrolled in the City of Orlando health plan administered by United Healthcare.

Feel empowered to manage your diabetes while improving your health, lowering expenses with free quarterly or biannual provider visits at the AdventHealth Diabetes and Endocrine Center, quarterly or biannual labs at an AdventHealth lab, comprehensive diabetes and lifestyle education and reduced prescription costs for the drugs listed in the United Healthcare Diabetes Health Plan Expanded List.
