Discover Your Path to Wellness

You’re ready to take charge of your health, and we’re here to guide and motivate you through every milestone. The New Day, New Weigh program helps you achieve your weight-loss goals and reduce your risk of diabetes. This six-month medical weight–loss option includes nutritional guidance, fitness advice and behavioral counseling that leads to an average weight loss of 5.3%.

If you find it tough to keep the weight off after all your hard work, know that we’re here to give you the ongoing support you need. Weigh 2 Go, our three-month follow-up program, can help you celebrate your success and stick to your new healthy habits for a bright, active tomorrow.

Adjusting to a new diabetes diagnosis can be difficult on your own. But we’re here to support you at every turn. With small lifestyle changes, it’s often possible to reduce the effects of diabetes. To help you manage your condition, we offer a range of resources, such as:

  • Interactive Group Classes to Teach You More About Living With Diabetes
  • One-on-One Insulin Instruction With a Certified Diabetes Educator
  • Personalized Coaching From One of Our Registered Dietitians

Diabetes doesn’t define you. Learn to properly and proactively manage your condition and keep living the life you love.

If you’re at risk of developing diabetes or are concerned that your diabetes could get worse, we can help you manage that risk and improve your overall health. In a one-hour session with a certified diabetes educator, we’ll assess your risk, help you manage your medications and create a personalized education plan. Then you’ll meet with a registered dietitian for an informative medical nutrition therapy session before joining one of our friendly lifestyle classes.

Depending on your current health status and goals, we recommend visiting for follow-up sessions once a year, during major transitions in your life or care, or anytime you just need a little extra support. Whenever you need us, we’re here.

If you develop gestational diabetes during your pregnancy, it can pose risks to your baby’s health, and your own. To care for you and your baby during this important time, we offer gestational group classes to help you understand your risk and make positive lifestyle changes. We also offer insulin instruction, so you can manage your condition confidently and effectively.

After your baby is born, you may find your gestational diabetes goes away. But many women who have experienced gestational diabetes develop type 2 diabetes later in life. To help reduce your risk and embrace a healthy lifestyle for years to come, you’ll have access to medical nutrition therapy. Lean on us to learn more about eating well and cooking nutritious meals for yourself and your growing family.

Using a new insulin pump can be tricky, especially if you’ve never used one before. But you’re not alone. During training sessions with one of our certified diabetes educators, you’ll learn the basics of insulin pump management to help you control your blood glucose level. You’ll also visit with one of our registered dietitians for an informative carb-counting class.

When you’re more familiar with using your pump, a registered nurse will guide you through an advanced insulin pump self-management class. Three months after your training, you’ll return to visit our registered dietitian for medical nutrition therapy, so you can make the right choices for your wellness.

When employees are healthy and thriving, they bring their best selves to work. Our corporate wellness program, Thrive, allows you to give back to your workforce through support like lifestyle classes. Employees attend visits with their provider and our diabetes educators, and receive medication and co-pay reduction incentives for taking part in the program. When people feel great, they do great things.
